My mom showed me this article (I think she finds it funny when my blood pressure shoots sky high and I go into fits of spastic cursing) As a warning, the article contains definite abortion triggers, as does my rage and the associated rage.

The article is rather long, so im not going to paste it, but i will say this in the authors defense: the article did not inspire the rage, it is actually quite good at relaying some logic on this subject. It is the people in the article that have me pissed as hell.
NO. That is the most I can say at the moment as I feel my brain is melting from the absolute FUCKHEADEDNESS of your assertions. Did you ever for a moment lady think that maybe your problems in life could be traced to ALL of the trauma you had suffered not just to ONE medical procedure that you had? What kind of backwards bullshit is that? And where do you get off convincing terribly traumatized women that all of their problems come from one of the few things that happened in their lives that they CHOSE to do?
There is no evidence to back you up that women are mentally harmed significantly more by getting abortions than they are by actual childbirth and the evidence you DO have is MADE THE FUCK UP! Your "Moses" actually came right out and said that his perspective had nothing to do with actually caring about women, that he was only trying to frame his side of the debate in terms that people who "dont care about the unborn and only care about the woman" will understand!
The idea that abortion is mentally harmful to women because our "natural" insincts are to care and nurture!? WHAT THE EVER MOTHER LOVING FLYING BLUE FUCKWADS!? Is it really possible to put more stereotyping, anti-woman bullshit into a sentence?
the work that the woman in this article does could truly be helpful, if it wasnt embedded in hateful, woman blaming, anti-choice rhetoric and instead encompassed the HUGE LIST of reasons why these women are traumatized. instead, shes just providing one more coverup, one more excuse, one more thing for people to internalize and blame themselves for instead of reaching out and changing things for everyone. It doesnt matter that the women that she deals with were mostly impoverished, sexually abused, battered and ignored by society until they got arrested and pressed into the justice system. That cant POSSIBLY have a single THING to do with their depression! IT MUST BE BECAUSE THEY ARE ALSO CHILD MURDERERS!
