(no subject)

I will be without computer access tomorrow because the University will be closed. Its election day here in Jordan, and everyone gets a state mandated day off to ensure that people actually go and vote. Its so very different here. Buying votes and handing out favors to cetain influential people or tribes is expected. There are signs everywhere, and not just the names of the candidates, but their pictures. Theres also a ton of hand painted banners with the candidates name and slogan. and when I say that the signs are everywhere, i mean it. I have some pictures of the thrid circle, which is near my apartment. I will post them as sook as I can.

Anyway, we have been instructed to stay home unless its a life or death emergency tomorrow. Apparently ther is a high chance of riots and various other not-funness because for some reason that has yet to be explained, this is a particulary tense election. I actually have a candidate in one district that im rooting for because hes one of my teachers, and I think hes awesome.

neither, because i am me no matter what my relationship status is, and i am happy being me

a few, but most of them wont talk to me, or know that if i deal with them again they will be missing body parts

not if it meant giving up my husband

no

kinda, sorta, no. before my husband and i were officially together, he kept trying to date other people and it kept falling apart because we couldnt stay away from each other
